Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently offer standard shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the United States

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Delays

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, carrier delays).

  • If your package is delayed, please allow additional time and contact us at help@dermadexnaturals.com if assistance is needed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship within the United States and select international destinations.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@dermadexnaturals.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
